Description
TESTING IN PROGRESS - debuff crit zealot
Core Gameplay Intention
Stack high amount of stagger to bully anything below bosses. Stack up bleed and burn stacks using crits. Combine all damage amp / debuff enabling dot damage cook bosses. ALSO giving debuffs allowing team to be more effective.
TLDR - Use crusher for stagger and adding debuff. After use laspistol for even bigger dot
Crusher
- High stagger let's us abuse all enemies except bosses
- Skullcrusher & Thunderous lets us support our WHOLE team's damage to enemies
- Skullcrusher adds damage taken for all chaff / elites
- Thunderous for all unyielding enemies
- the brittleness will enable our burn and bleed to deal consistent damage to higher hp targets
- Perks
- Carapace - crusher already has penetration stat HOWEVER, it is mediocre pen versus this armor type so we must compensate
- Maniac - makes all ragers ez to deal with
- Crusher also has overall low damage to bosses directly so unyielding is unnecessary
- we will use the blessing instead to cover this weakness

- Combos
- For Chaff - Light > Heavy | Repeat
- For Elites - Heavy > Light | Repeat
- For Bosses / More dps - Push Attack > Light | Repeat
- For Bulwark - Special > Push Attack > Light > Heavy | Repeat
- Side note, any time the weapon makes a motion going towards the left of the screen you can heavy follow up leading to a wide sweep and vise versa for overhead
Heavy Laspistol
- More ammo efficient and precise over range than the recon lasgun
- With crits we will apply burn
- will be easy to proc due to blazing piety
- Dumdum will amp the burn and bleed we are stacking onto enemies
Immolation Grenade
- Usually I would use a sunstorm as a emergency rez guarantee, however immolation will allow us to also damage bosses and apply MORE stagger to enemies. But yeah save it for rez or if boss rush
Curios
- Stamina & Block Efficiency???
- Crusher is very effective at using push attack and will need as much stamina to use that consistently
- Due to this there is a high chance you can get hit causing block chips to stamina, this will be our main way to counteract that without wasting a point on retaliatory defence
- Also will aid when going for a revive

- Providence node is mandatory for our tree damage path which is equivalent to TWO of ally revive curios so no need
Talent Tree Key Points
- NO RESPITE (INTERCHANGABLE NODE)
- If you notice you happen to get hit a lot during your push attacks / stunned during revives due to your playstyle
- You can swap no respite for retaliatory defence
- Retaliatory defence will give you more room for any block chipping as it negates the stagger and replenishes you right back to 50% stamina
- this is pretty much 50% EXTRA stamina to work with, basically making you have a mini until death whenever blocking

- Book
- Golden Toughness is always strong
- More damage amp for our burn & bleed
- If there is the rare instance of bosses near ledges, book can be used to push them off for a free kill.
- EVEN WORKS WITH DEMONHOST
- Grievous wounds and Punishment
- Give us insane stagger letting us absolutely pace enemies with stagger

- Crusher is a stamina intensive weapon and we need as much uptime as possible
- Prime Target, Stalwart, and First Three Points
- This is the CORE of our toughness repleneshment
- I personally believe blood redemption is horrible especially since it requires you to KILL an enemy for mediocre toughness gain
- into bosses blood redemption is wasted
- the difference with Prime target is that we have toughness replenishment over time which allows more uptime and also gives us MORE DAMAGE as well
- Also second wind helps us with gunners, idk if this is a bug but I notice I can occasionally get free toughness by when sliding ranged attacks
