Description
this is officially the first build publicly theorycrafted by the famous youtuber mister e on mister e youtube channel dot.com.
The way the bbuoild workls is you have lots of crits and you hit the nemies and then that makes themm being electrgocuted which makes them take more damage from the thing at the top of the tree i dont remember what the name is but its like 25% mroe electrocutioned damage.
We can use the transonic blades to get lots of cits which will give us capacistance which siliike cooldown., and that means we basically can always draaw our arc rifle and use our ability to get lots of fast crits on enemies which will stack more damage taken because of arcs. and then that will generate even more cooldown

with all of your crit staked up the arc rigle has 85% crit rate and the trans blades (represent) have a 82% critrate! WOW!
