base stats:

363 Health. 209 toughness. 34 ammunition. 11.53% cooldown. 78.56% damage reduction vs gunners, 32% reload speed. these stats will be running 96% of the time. (only if you are afk, not shooting, or without ranged opponents will these stats not be applied) 

 

Synergies:

  • Power Maul gets burns stacks from Big Boom & Fire Away + 16 brittleness from Supercharge + 4 bleed stacks from Batter (heavy)- this will take a crusher from 6500health to  3511 with 4 bleeds+2 fire stacks with 40% armour reduction with 16 brittleness stacks guaranteed on auric difficulty. and 3399 final health if you don't attack it any further.  for Bulwark its 4800health base, to 4298 with 4 bleeds + 2 fire stacks, with 40% redux, and 4147 final health if you don't attack it any further(shield guaranteed opened)
  • Power Maul has a quick attack pattern which applies +1 bleed stacks with every light attack from Batter with first melee attack from the pattern likely being a weak spot attack, benefitting from Strike True 
  • Bruiser & Maximum Firepower will both likely be up, as theres 15% chance to just trigger 100% cooldown for 4 seconds + 100% chance to kill an elite with an explosion from any source which will give 100% cooldown. 
  • the Rumbler gives 4 stacks of bleed +2 Burn stacks from Fire Away  and its radius is increased from Big Boom , meaning most enemies will either be dead, or nearly dead after one explosion. 
  • the Rumbler also does 15% extra damage to monsters and ogryns thanks to Adhesive Charge, will kill a reaper in one shot. 
  • Point-Blank Barrage will give burn stacks from Light 'em Up, will give a boost in fire rate of 25% and if used directly after your first shot, will fire two shots(sometimes 3/4 Burst Limiter Override) , but 2 is substantial enough for clearing all elites under a Crusher in difficulty in Auric difficulty, 3 is enough to kill everything, and 4 is enough to 40% health loss a monster enemy.
  • The Rumbler also has 15% damage on reload, 15% reload from Keep Shooting plus 65% reload skill from Point-Blank Barrage allowing for near continuous firing without issue. 
  • The Rumbler also replenishes 50% of ammo shot during the 12 seconds Point-Blank Barrage is up, including any freely given from Burst Limiter Override
  • the Rumbler can average just under 11 shots during Point-Blank Barrage meaning, from your initial 34 rounds, you get to keep 29
  • Rock for mutant Instakill.

Downsides

  • the build is slightly ammo hungry, so keep an eye out for the small ammo packs, you dont really need the big ammo packs unless you are on Havoc, but this build is really built for that anyway, it is more built for Quickplay Auric  and generally exploding anything near you or any of your team mates. 
  • it would be tempting to bring bigger bombs to benefit from the explosion perks we have, however, the Rock just adds too much benefit in panic situations that would be foolish not to bring, and the grenades just clear the area, something the Rumbler  does nicely, and you'll be forever fighting for grenade packets in higher up difficulties, considering the slight ammo hunger, maybe don't add extreme grenade hunger into the mix as well, Hivescum and Skitarii wont forgive you.
