Without any clue what I'm really doing, this feels like a pretty decent build to level up my Skitarius. General idea is to have as much toughness replenishment and capacitance replenishment as possible. Extra stamina curio to get more damage out from Channelled Motive Force . You should be using your melee weapon primarily until a large group of specials/bosses/monstrosities appear and then you activate Advanced Combat Doctrines and blast them all to hell and back :D

You also have a bit of utility with your Servo Skull and as you should be gaining a lot of toughness, Power Overflow will be healing your teammates almost constantly.
