I think the meta has to utilize the synergy between these three nodes: Retribution Conduit, Advanced Power Management, and Redline Capacitors. The first two offer very compelling numbers when you have 5 charges: +35% damage and +25% strength. And they stack multiplicatively.
Chordclaw is chosen because it only costs one charge. It also doesn't hurt that, by the numbers, Chordclaw is the most overtuned ability on the class right now. I personally expect to be nerfed to be more in line with the other abilities. Advanced Combat Doctrines also seems very strong with this setup on the arc rifle.
Medicae servo-skull definitely seems good. It's potentially strong enough to not have to take Revive Speed on curios.
Power Overflow seems like it has the potential to be very strong, especially in how it synergizes with gold toughness builds like Shout Vet and Chorus Zealot.
Also, it should be fairly tanky It gets like 70% TDR. And it should have no issue replenishing toughness at all.
