We still have a servo skull to target enemies (like the Arbitrator's dog) and perform console tasks, freeing us  to purge heretics!

Paired Transonic Blades
"The default moveset is attuned to most effectively deal with unarmoured enemies, featuring wide, sweeping attacks that can easily cleave and mow through hordes. The second attunement specializes in eliminating armoured enemies, and the moveset switches to a more single target, high damage set of stabs and vertical attacks that easily pierce through Flak and Carapace."

Key features:

• 66% CRIT - Our CRITS electrocute enemies, and improve our CAPACITANCE regen (ability CD), as well as improves toughness regen. We've taken Electro-Strike Conduit because we crit often, so the electric nodes at the top of the tree boost our damage.
• Electrocuted enemies receive 4 stacks (max 16) of BRITTLENESS. This boosts the damage of the whole team.
• +50% Bonus damage on ability use.
• +80% Cleave (+50% from push).
• +25% Attack speed.

• Due to our high ability cooldown (because of no blitz, we've picked up every CD node), we can use VOLTAIC EMITTER almost constantly, STUNNING (2s) groups of enemies and DISABLING RANGED enemies within 30m for 12s. This is a constant source of instant TOUGHNESS regen, boosting survivability as well as our damage significantly.
  *Also note* that Flensing Protocols is increasing your damage and toughness regen by 20%. And Crit and Melee Attack Speed by 12%. But the most important node (that everyone leaves out) is Enhanced Capacitance Protocols because this guarantees an almost 100% uptime of your Flensing Protocols.

  Phosphor Blast Pistol
  "Both the initial target and the enemies in the splash zone will suffer a powerful debuff from the lingering Phosphor compound, which makes them not just take more damage from all sources, but attacks will also cleave through them more easily."

  So we hip-fire a shot at an enemy / group to increase our melee damage and cleave.
  But we can also aim down sites to pick off key ranged threats.
  
  This build is effective against any enemy (can be more specialised; e.g: refine for 25% Flak/Maniac) and relatively tough for a Skitarii.
