BUILD SYNOPSIS     

    This build is the best version of ACD I could develop, and I am surprised that despite the hit register issues with ACD how effective it is. There are two things going for ACD to make it worthwhile outside of the auto-aim mechanic: Increased crit chance scaling up to 30% (and crit damage as well!) and 10% toughness regeneration per second. The 90% spread and -60% recoil aren't really super applicable to the Magnacore MK II, I don't really notice a difference in handling considering this is a highly accurate weapon already. The build scales in two ways: critical strike and damage reduction. Critical strikes feed our Capicitance Bar via Flux 'Conduit Build-Up', and activating our Advanced Combat Doctrines gives us absurd toughness regen and supression immunity. 

     What this means is that  we become essentially the final answer in destroying gunners. With highly accurate penetrating shots combined with suppression immunity and best in class toughness regen we can face tank Heavy Gunners and Reapers. Additionally, with this build ACB becomes a highly effective "Oh shit!" button. Simply activating it and whipping out your plasma gun in the face of a rager patrol that ambushed you is a way of preserving your health. We have many talents that activate on taking damage, so by stacking all these sources of recovery we end up being highly durable. This is why we stack flat health curios. Skittari doesn't tank via the absurd toughness of Arbites, but by accepting small amounts of health chip to activate their reactive passives. By expanding our health pool, we are expanding our capacity to abuse these extremely powerful passive nodes. Flat health is also very strong against Poxbursters.

HAVOC CONSIDERATIONS

     In a Havoc environment, this build functions as the ranged damage dealer. That means it will not enjoy being on a team that is already hungry for ammo. If you have an extremely ammo efficient Veteran who can allows you most of the ammo drops that can be acceptable, but this build is intended to be the primary gunner and special problem solver for your team. 

GRENADES

     If your team does not have a good way of expending grenades I would reccomend unallocating 'Augmented Power Cycle' and 'Electro Strike Conduit'. Allocate these into Arc Grenades, which is a very powerful grenade, but the role of grenadier is better filled by Hive Scum or Ogryn. Veterans and Arbites should be generating their own grenades and Psykers obviously never require them.
