This is my first build I made publicly so please do be nice.
The entire point of this build is toughness generation & making allies tankier, with the Voltaic Emitter being essentially a panic button.
This increased toughness allows you to take heat off of any Ogryns or Arbitrators in your party should they need a hand, and the servo-skull allows you to resurrect allies from a distance.
I am entirely uncertain of the viability of this build, I mostly just made it to mimic Necron weaponry & reanimation protocols. And because I thought it would be fun.
Also, if you do use it you are going to be on the slower side for a Skitarii, so you best get real familiar with your Transonic blades.
