Poops out Toughness
 Skitarii Build - Warhammer 40k: Darktide 

Normally you don't bother with Toughness Regeneration Speed since it only affects toughness regen in coherency, but Resurgence exists. Would need to test, but in theory, it would bleed toughness over to more vulnerable teammates via Power Overflow. Other sources of Toughness Regen are: 

• Superior Defence Engrams with any ranged kill, you will also get Toughness Damage Reduction through Threat Detection Imperative .
• Voltaic Restoration any time you use the ability. Surge-Extension should also trigger since you'll consume some capacitance. 
• Binary Ballistics Protocol is from any elites you kill.
• Auto-Repair Doctrines is passive and free. Data Sensor Protocol is too but is a shared cooldown for you and allies.
• Power Redistribution Uplink is from any time you proc a critical hit, most likely when you're firing your gun.

I took carapace damage on the Mechanicus Power Sword for Maulers, Scab Plasma Gunners, and those annoying small shield guys. Maniac damage is for being able to oneshot Mutant through one charged special action; you can also do it to a Dreg Rager too but need a small damage boost, typically through Channelled Motive Force or Moebian Conductor.

• Horde Clear: Push Attack-> Light-> Heavy-> Light-> Heavy and repeat. Weave in special action hits for Sunder. 
   With the Chordclaw Strike , just tap F for Axial Slash.
• Elites: (Special action) Light/Heavy-> Light-> Light-> Heavy-> Repeat. Open up with a special action strike or two for Supercharge. Also Chordclaw Strike by hold and releasing F.

As far as having a Accatran MG Mk II Heavy Laspistol, it's just faster to run with and specialist snipe. You can drop Infernus for Desperado to make Power Redistribution Uplink proc more.
