This is a hybrid build in Havoc but can be played mostly ranged in Auric and below. It is rather tanky and with the latest hotfix Voltaic Emitter can reliably disable ranged enemies in a huge radius. So you can disable the most damaging enemies in havoc and electrocute everything you touch. Both your weapons deal very good damage into all targets giving you more options than most builds.
For blight spreads you want to take Ablative Wards instead of Flux Conduit Build-Up.
This might actually be one of the best performing Skitarii builds for everyone who isn't a super sweat.
