Description
So, you saw all the penance that told you to get 5000 electrocutions, or the Voltaic Warrior, or the dreaded Curse of Malfunction. This build is designed to remedy your plight... mostly.
The Arc rifle and Transonic blades are built to maximize up time, multi-hits, and activating your capacitance regeneration perks. Get into fights often, and you'll be able to pop off a tier 2 Voltaic Emission frequently (and it MUST be a T2 at least). Enhanced Arc Grenades for long range disabling or to take out a group of elites at once.
Look for missions with the Hi-intensity modifier or play Mortis Trials (harrowing, I know). Good luck finally getting through those grindy penances. For the Omnissiah.
