Effective into Havoc 40 great for anything else. 

For the crowbar feel free to dump stat mobility instead of defenses. 

Lean on the needle pistol with run and gun and stripped down to rotate for free at any time, as well as getting immunity to gunners. 

The crowbar paired with cartel special and rampage is still effective into crushers however it’s better to just get rid of them with the needle pistol.
