Minor Edit: I swapped Adaptive Combat Calibration for Progressive Plating Matrix and Shockline Breach Protocol for Galvanized Coating, just to make this less of a complete meme build on the surface. You may swap those back if you want the technically absolute min maxed damage build, but I literally never notice the extra cleave lol. 

 

This is a version of my Zapinator 9000 build that gives up basically all team utility to completely min-max damage ending up killing the Crusher + Mauler test group in 7.54 seconds and Renegade Ragers + bruisers in 7.27, including giving more melee damage as well.

This variant of the build can sit in Advanced Combat Doctrines for much longer thanks to higher purpose. For that reason it may be better to use Charmed Reload instead of Dumdum on the arc rifle. This could make the sustained DPS much longer if you find yourself unable to clear enemy waves or your team isn't good enough to allow you to reload. 

 

After some more testing you may be able to get slightly higher crusher clear times using Redline Capacitors thanks to the rending. However due to this build not using its ability that much and the fact you would give up quite a bit of melee damage to path for it, I think that is the worse option for maximizing your damage over all.
