Description
Build is centered around effective weapon swaps for buff uptime, and Advanced Combat Doctrine short toggles for elites.
Advanced Combat Doctrine is unique because it spends only 25% of your capacitance on activation. Combined with power overload, you may toggle and gain increased stacks with Power Overload (5 stacks for each charge spent) without using a full charge. Similarly, Moebian Conductor can have very high uptime.
Tested with Rad-Sink, but did not feel effective enough.
