TL;DW: Wait until you gain a charge to proc "Sequenced Charge" giving you 12.5% strength, then spend a chordclaw to gain another 25% strength and 15% Damage from "Moebian Conductor", then blast away with charged shots and watch things evaporate.

Transonics are your bread and butter, Chordclaw is your close range and/or Boss Wiper and get out of jail free card.
Noospheric Command is your special sniping.
Plasma MK III feels more like a traditional Blitz.

I evaluated Powerblast on the Plasma MK III, but since the AoE cant crit I believe "Gets Hot!" is still the superior option.

Galvanic marking array will give you the biggest AoE buff possible, but is your flex node that can also be spent on any other talent really without much performance loss on average.
