Build Basics

Using Arc Rifle a lot in this build, really isn't weak in any scenario, Gunsmith to offset the insanely bad reload speed.

Weakness is going to be against monstrosities, Branx Mk XI Phosphor Blast Pistol with Infernus is an option for that, though, the Arc Rifle shreds basically everything else with this setup and your damage won't be that awful anyway.

 

Medicae Servo-Skull feels almost mandatory on any build, Arc Grenades are an option but passing up on zero-time ranged revives makes it a hard sell.

Flensing Protocols vs Power Overload

Flensing Protocols and Power Overload are basically interchangeable, power wise. I've chosen Flensing for this build as both the weapons and the Arcs can crit, though, if you'd rather use the Phosphor Blast Pistol then Power Overload might be the play.

The amount of crit you have without Servo-Sinew Surge is probably negligible enough to drop crit nodes entirely.

Other Talents

If you want more Capacitance generation, you can sacrifice Moebian Conductor for Higher Purpose. You could opt to scrap Gunsmith and Ammo-Cell Augury as well if you don't value Gunsmith highly.

 

Personally, I've had no problems with Capacitance, you could comfortably drop a node if you really want another talent.

 

Omnissian Recharge Litany, Channelled Motive Force, Voltaic Overcharge and Higher Purpose are all talents I'd probably pick up if I had spare points.
This build is likely sub-optimal, but it's served me well thus far.
