The maniac damage perk on the grenade gauntlet is so you can one-shot mutants.

Health curios get a lot of value on ogryn due to his high base health.

If you're feeling too squishy, you can swap Keep Shooting for Strongman.

Feel free to swap out Unstoppable Momentum and/or Back Off! for something else if you'd like.
