Description
are you the embodiment of speed? do you have a vendetta against any snipers, trappers, flamers, that you cant see within a 100 mi radius? do you miss the lok-1 smart rifle from DRG?
if so this build is for you. this is a fun sidegrade to the usual Advanced Combat Doctrines arc rifle build
in my opinion this build utilizes ADC to its max potential (in the buggy state it is right now where the lock on doesnt always lock on to what your looking at) because the redundancy of the amount of bullets you fire will make sure at least 85% of your shots are locking on to where they should be going
BUILD SUMMARY
this is a run and gun bullet hose High Crit build maxing out Capacitance to mow down hoards or clear gunners extremely fast. it does great against anything that's not too heavily armored even Scab Mauler's as long as you aim for bodyshots. its a Redline Capacitors build incase your doing Maximum Capacitance penance. as long as your in Advanced Combat Doctrines you can pretty much run out into the open and accurately shoot down any gunners from ridiculous ranges with minimal effort, it does take a bit to take down Scab Plasma Gunner 's but not by much and it staggers them. ACD pretty much turns the Ius Mk IV Shredder Autopistol into a long range automatic sniper. of course a shredder pistol isnt gonna do much against Crusher 's so we use the Branx Mk VI Mechanicus Power Sword as a back up anti carapace weapon and crowd control to have enough space to freely pull out your shredder and clean up. we are also taking Noospheric Command to let you deal with crushers in 3 weakspot energized heavies as long as you marked them first. ACD is your main resource if you want to run and gun or need toughness on demand as long has you have a charge you should be fine in almost any situation.
RANGED GAMEPLAN
1. activate ACD
2. run towards where you think most of the gunfire's coming from (pro tip: you can run while shooting with the Ius Mk IV Shredder Autopistol )
3. lazily swipe your mouse across the area you think they are while bullet hosing until you see hitmarkers. optionally you can wait until you see the blue lock on cog before firing
4. profit $$$
MELEE GAME PLAN
the Branx Mk VI Mechanicus Power Sword is very strikedown centric but has some decent sweep moves you can loop and recharges by itself quickly compared to the Branx Mk III Arc Maul
you want to constantly have your melee out so Gunsmith can reload for you after emptying your magazine
Sweep Combos:
L1 -> (H2-> L4 -> H2 ->L4) this part loops
pushblock L ->L4 ->H2 ->pushblock L Loop
dont forget to add a couple side dashes here and there to keep toughness loss low
CRUSHER SURVIVAL GUIDE
double Ping it for your servo-skull immediately. patience is key, when charging your special heavy you pretty much stop dead in place i recommend waiting until you hear the 2nd spark sound to do near max damage. if they are running away you can turn and side dodge towards them while still holding the charge. if its multiple Crushers following you spam light energized swings while dodging and wait for the sword to recharge. DONT FORGET TO PING so while moving back towards your team servo-skull and your team can lend a hand. heavy energized swings also stagger which can be your chance to run closer to your team or interrupt the dreaded overhead
the strongest heavy swing is H3 the overhead. so if you can try to hold the full length when you see that overhead to deal max possible damage (don't forget to go for the head!)
BUILD MODIFIERS
Branx Mk III Arc Maul is good as well it deals heavy stagger and the pushblock is great but the charges only comeback with kills so be careful
Medicae Servo-Skull is also good but it will take a lot longer to deal with crushers (usually your full charge bar)
Readiness Doctrines can swap Writ of Ammunition Enumeration if you feel like your losing too much ammo
