[Mortis Trials] META Rumbler Spam
 Ogryn Build - Warhammer 40k: Darktide 

Build Basics

We wan't to trivialize Mortis Trials as much as possible with this build to farm the Penances fast and easily.
Karsolas Mk II Delver's Pickaxe serves as a tool to get us through to the point where the Rumbler hard carries, any melee that you're comfortable with should suffice, really.
 

We will use Point-Blank Barrage, Light 'em Up and Burst Limiter Override to spam the Rumbler very quickly and remove the heretics from the screen.
 

We'll also pick up any good Grenade buffs so our Boxes can speed things up.
 

Because of Light 'em Up, Pyrokinetic Archetype will be the go to as it gives us tons of Fire Damage related boons.
Death Dealer is close behind, it's starting buff is "No ammo consumption on critical hits." which is great.

Rumbler Spam does great damage to everything except Carapace, but a Crusher can't overhead you if it's on the floor.
It will shred bosses, hordes, clumps of elites, anything, provided you have half decent buffs.
 

Mortis Trials Archetypes

You will pick your Archetype at the start of the game and it'll dictate what buffs you can get. You get to pick from 3 randomly.

What we want, in order:

• As said earlier, Pyrokinetic is ideal for this build.
• Death Dealer is raw damage and crits, can't really go wrong with that either, crits spending no ammo makes us less ammo hungry.
• Emperor's Favoured is similar to Death Dealer but has more worthless buffs, still a fine option though. (also has the crits not consuming ammo buff, just isnt guaranteed)
• Fulminator is a mix of Pyrokinetic and Voltaic (Electric), Electric buffs aren't really of much use, but it's the last resort.

Any of the other Archetypes aren't really going to effect the build super positively, might be worth resetting until you get one that is actually useful, though, Mortis Trials are easy enough that you can still clear them with a mediocre build and bad buffs.

Other Trials Buffs

Obviously we don't often get to choose what buffs we get, but sometimes we do, and this is what we want.

Empowered is just insane and lets us spam the Rumbler for a very long time.
"That One's Free" is available on Emperor's Favored and Death Dealer, crits not consuming ammo is great.
 

We want Grenade buffs! 

Look What I Found, Scavenger, Lucky Me, Geminating Grenades, Biggest Box Of Hurt and Shattering Explosion are what we're looking for (in order from best to worst)

We also like most buffs that give us Range Damage, and a lot of reload related ones.

Other than that, if it sounds good, it probably is, take it.
