After thinking about the sword, the dump stat for the Blaze Force Greatsword should be Defences, which is at 60%. Everything else should be at 80%. The Electrokinetic Force Staff's dump stat should be, after thinking about this too, is Quell Speed, which is at 60%. The talent node Solidity will still enable you to quell very rapidly.
