Rebreather is your flex slot.

For more burst damage remove Rebreather and take Arbites Vigilant. Pair this with Boltgun for taking down crushers and bosses.

For more consistent damage remove Rebreather and take The Emperor's Fist.

For more crowd control remove Rebreather and take Judicial Force.

If you aren't comfortable with perfect blocks you can remove Adamant Will and take one of the following:
Unleashed Brutality for Elite and Special shutdown
Go Get 'Em! for ranged trash management
Man and Cyber-Mastiff for additional sustain.

If you are extremely comfortable with perfect blocks you can opt in for focusing more on it than the build above. Adjust these nodes:
True Grit is replaced for Retaliatory Force.
Rebreather is replaced for Shield Plates if you prefer sustain over the corruption resist.

You can replace your dog with shock mines if you feel comfortable without the safety net of your dog. Be sure to take Lone Wolf by removing Rebreather if you do this.
