Description
Skitarii's active abilities are really good. But who needs' em? With this build, instead of wasting your skill (and curio) points for capacitance regenation you can get more damage, more damage reduction and more toughness regenation!
Just because you don't have ability regenation (or points in active abilities) doesn't mean you can't use your basic Voltaic Emitter when it's needed. It still stuns everything around you. It just doesn't give your basic attacks electrocution nor does it disable ranged weapons for 12s but be warned its range is quite short.
Another reason why we don't put any points towards ability regenation is because of the beuty called Noospheric Command. You can spam this 24/7 even if you don't have any capacitance and our servo skull activates all ranged kill buffs! Horray!
(Haven't been tested) %90 Corruption resistence with %15 from curios should make you resist all of the corruption (if its additive)
