Description
Noospheric command works with all the ranged talents chosen on the right, and infernus blessing + skull tagging should stack burn with the flame skull. Flame skull isn't super necessary however if you'd rather take something else.
Noospheric Command doesn't work with Powerdrive, so I've opted for ammunition restoration pod instead. Power overload stacks up quickly and often anyway. You could also take progressive plating matrix, your skull will keep it stacked up by itself constantly.
