Description
This is a Ranged/Melee hybrid build with an 'oh shit button' in Voltaic Emitter .
Pick off specials and dangerous gunners with your Branx Mk XI Phosphor Blast Pistol as necessary. If you see a tough/scary enemy (Monstrosities, Ogryns, unshielded Captains, etc.) dump your cylinder into them before you switch to melee and kill whatever is closest. Don't bother reloading before wading into melee because Gunsmith will reload your Branx Mk XI Phosphor Blast Pistol automatically. Don't fire the Branx Mk XI Phosphor Blast Pistol into a Captain's shield because the DOTs and Brittleness effects will not apply through the shield. Wait until the shield is down before shooting.
If you get overwhelmed face the largest group of enemies and press F. Your Voltaic Arcs will tear through the enemies in front of you and Voltaic Emitter will stun enemies around you and disable the guns of any shooters within 30m. This is a great way to secure a revive if you need to clutch.
