Description
Watch Ryken's excellent video and use the Noospheric Skull to manage Capacitance so you can maximize your VE charges for cc when needed. Don't be spamming Noospheric or VE constantly, as doing so with Noos will destroy your cc capabilities and using VE thoughtfully between 1 & 2 charges to disable range will yield best results for total cc.
This is inspired by his build, and though it isn't a frontline tank using a staggering melee weapon, it can still control the crowds & debuff them while empowering our own attacks using electrocution, stuns, phosphor and critical power overload.
We can Electrocute & Stun enemies on VE, Critical melee attacks, and by push-staggering (with our enhanced Pushes, that also provides a big cleave bonus, all human enemies can be staggered). Power Overload, which will be activating constantly with Powerdrive, also Electrocutes while providing an additional 15% Damage Taken debuff with Critical Power Overload. While the stun alone is invaluable, Electrocuted enemies are also debuffed with 10% Brittleness, provide 20 - 35% damage bonus to you, and 12% / 4s Toughness Restore if you take Entropic Transfer.
Phosphor setup to maximize spreading the debuff (15% Brittleness & -65% Hitmass) through infinite cleave on crit.
