if you kill on elite or special charge attack not needed to kill the next elite
boss damage:
disdain give 5% damage per enemy hit for the next hit > hit 5 enemies > 25% (wrath helps with the cleave to get the stacks from horde)
purge the unclean for unyielding bosses
sustained assault 4% on hit stack 5 times
Fury of the faithful 100% rending and 25% damage (rending melt the twins because it goes through shield)
scourge and blinded by blood > shred help activate them with crit chance
the only toughness regen is being close to enemies (enemies within node) and small regen from ally coherence
