Description
Give allies toughness with Power Overflow and buffs with Power Overload. Weaken enemies with brittleness or by disabling their guns with Voltaic Emitter. Its a bit of a hybrid melee and shooty build where you do a lot of both and swap to fire some phosphor shots between melee.
