Description
Give allies toughness with Power Overflow and buffs with Power Overload. Lots of toughness gains with Confident Strikes to share with your team. Electrocute guys to make them brittle too. Phosphor Pistol is generically good but if you wanted to lean into the toughness sharing even more then you could try Shredder Autopistol with Inspiring Barrage. Slaughter Protocol is very confusing and I have no idea if its worth it, if its like a boost to all your toughness sources then maybe, but if its just the basic toughness you get on melee kills then meh.
