Description
This build allows you to spam Voltaic arcs thanks to the high crit / high cleave of the devil claw.
You have to go in melee.
Your IRE (Integrated Refraction Emitter) is as defensive as it is offensive : if you need to stun your ennemis, but you dont have capacitance nor your power overload, then trigger the IRE, the electric explosion will do quite as much.
