Hitting an enemy gives them 4 stacks of 2.5% Brittleness. Debuff lasts for 5 seconds and can have a maximum of 16 stacks.

Increased Cleave on Critical Hit and gain +25% Ranged Attack Stagger.
Surgical
+10% Critical Chance for every 0.33 second while aiming. Stacks 10 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.

Description
-WIP but I can type a couple things
-Take ally revive speed on curios. You should still work for manual revives, saving the medicae for the impossible ones.
-Axial Slash Satiated Steel Chordclaw Strike used for escape tool (cornered), packs of maulers, crusher one shot, boss dmg (i hate captains), and emergency horde clear. That 25% recharge talent is no slouch in terms of claw uptime.
-We're investing heavily in cleave here and we are using our giant melee swipe often.
-This is primarily a melee build, with the pistol for priority targets and priming. The Arc Maul is a great sidekick for cleave claw with Shockline Breach Protocol which gives us access to Capacitor Reclamation Loop, finding good value through our constant claw sweeping.
-Power Overload not taken because we're not applying burns and status outside of phosphor, making Redline Capacitors + Foe-Render Creed more attractive to me because we want cleave and a lot of spam. We get good value from Moebian Conductor , Sequenced Charge + Cleave Claw is great.That being said It's a great keystone with niche tech (*overloading while netted, stunning nearby enemies letting allies pick you up etc*) Alternative would be combos like Critical Power Overload Weakness Analysis Doctrine System Shock Retribution Conduit
-A lot of people run crit claw and thats why they do flensing, and then they go weapons like transonic or combat blade, going Flux Conduit Build-Up Last Stand Relay etc but they always seem to skip the cleave talents. I'm taking it in a critless, big cleave direction, pushing a shit ton with the maul, killing specials with the phosphor, swiping big with the claw on elite packs/heavy attack for boss. We have a fantastic grouping of talents that empower our BIG SWIPE, it's badass.
****ALSO, WITH THE MAUL, a special push attack is a GREAT WAY to get everything to stop fucking moving for a sec so your claw is consistent. SPECIAL PUSH ATTACK > SWIPE > Repeat
