These builds are so optimized that you're going to scare the Havoc 40 cabal into instantly rejecting you with their cheater mods.

This is the average high Havoc Rampage Scum build. I tend to run mine with Heavy Sword or Devil's Claw for fun and take the Rending branch on the stim rather than Finesse. Unfortunately, Rampage got nerfed by 15% this patch because of Shivs, almost exclusively. Instead of nerfing shivs now every other melee has to suffer. Yippie!

You can Adrenaline Frenzy if you REALLY want to but I find it to be rather trash and the crit chance and toughness damage reduction from Chem Dependency really ties the build together.

Be careful with Nimble's dodge distance as you can accidentally slide into Overheads or off the map. If you want Boom Bringer for bosses and armor, you can do that and if you want Blinders, swap out Jittery and Extra Pouches for Coated Weaponry and Pocket Toxin.

Forge's Bellow has saved me and teammates from disablers, overheads, and bosses countless times. Some people are greedy and don't run it, but it's practically a Veteran's VoC without the toughness. I seriously suggest you don't pass it up.
