Description
You want to frequently be using the zarona's special shot to melt hordes with frequent crits, bleeds, and high cleave. Withering fire lets us be a little greedy with the blessings on the zarona by allowing us to pick scattershot and flechette. Without withering fire, one of those would have to be manstopper.
That playstyle is usually pretty clunky, but there are a couple points that enable it to be smooth and powerful. Reload speed upgrades from Tactical Reload and Marksman's Focus both improve loading and firing special shells. You have high mobility and stamina thanks to Tunnel Vision, and Infiltrate. These make sure that you're always in the right spot at the right time. Low Profile also makes sure that you have an easier time pumping those special shells downrange.
