Talent Tree
Description
Why this talent tree?
The tree is built around the interaction between Redline Capacitors, Advanced Combat Doctrines and Capacitance generation.
Redline Capacitors
Redline is the core resource engine.
This build spends Capacitance very aggressively through:
- Advanced Combat Doctrines,
- Noospheric Command,
- Servo-Skull utility.
Because of that, increasing the size and regeneration of the Capacitance economy is more valuable here than building purely around passive Servo-Skull damage.
The build wants to constantly cycle:
generate Capacitance → spend it on a powerful combat window → regenerate it while shooting → repeat.
Advanced Power Management
This is an important part of the build rather than a filler node.
Advanced Power Management improves the value of spending accumulated Capacitance and fits naturally into the Redline + Advanced Combat Doctrines loop.
The build is meant to actually use its resource instead of sitting at maximum charge.
Flux Conduit Build-Up
Critical hits contribute to Capacitance generation, which is especially useful with the Arc Rifle.
This is one reason why ranged Critical Strike Chance has more value here than it would in a generic gun build: crits are not only damage events, they also help fuel the build's resource economy.
Capacitor Reclamation Loop
The Arc Rifle naturally hits multiple enemies, especially when using Enhanced Voltaic Arcs.
That makes multi-target hits another source of Capacitance generation.
This creates one of the main feedback loops of the build:
Arc Rifle hits several targets → Capacitance → more ACD / Noospheric uptime → stronger ranged pressure.
Noospheric Command
Noospheric Command is used as an offensive amplifier, not something that should be pressed every time it is available.
Use it when the Servo-Skull is attacking something that actually matters:
- Crushers,
- Ragers,
- Maulers,
- dense elite packs,
- bosses,
- dangerous Havoc mixed waves.
Do not burn a large chunk of Capacitance just to improve the skull against ordinary trash.
Triple Servo-Skull
All three Servo-Skull abilities are taken because they cover different weaknesses of a ranged-focused Skitarii.
Artificer Servo-Skull
Provides autonomous ranged pressure while you are already shooting another target.
Purgator Servo-Skull
Deals with dense hordes and mixed groups without forcing you to dump Arc Rifle ammunition into every wave.
Medicae Servo-Skull
Adds emergency team utility and can save runs when a teammate becomes disabled or needs support.
The important part is that all three share the same overall resource ecosystem. The build therefore invests heavily into keeping that ecosystem supplied.
Branx Mk IV Arc Rifle
Recommended perks
- +5% Ranged Critical Strike Chance
- +25% Damage vs Flak Armoured
Crit has excellent synergy with the Capacitance engine, while Flak is one of the most consistently useful damage perks in Havoc.
Recommended blessings
- Enhanced Voltaic Arcs IV
- Charmed Reload IV
Enhanced Voltaic Arcs improves the weapon's multi-target behaviour and therefore fits perfectly with Capacitor Reclamation Loop.
Charmed Reload supports the intended playstyle: staying on the gun and continuing to fire instead of constantly interrupting pressure for reloads.
Arc Rifle blessing alternatives
Charmed Reload → No Respite
Use this if you want higher direct damage instead of maximum firing uptime.
Charmed Reload
- smoother sustained fire,
- fewer reload interruptions,
- excellent with a crit-heavy setup,
- better for players who want to stay on the Arc Rifle almost constantly.
No Respite
- higher damage against staggered enemies,
- strong natural synergy with Arc Rifle crowd control,
- better if reload management is already comfortable,
- stronger option when raw H40 kill speed is more important than magazine uptime.
For this build I prefer:
Enhanced Voltaic Arcs + Charmed Reload
because the overall concept is based on continuous shooting and continuous Capacitance generation.
For maximum offensive output:
Enhanced Voltaic Arcs + No Respite is the main alternative.
Catachan Mk VI Combat Blade
The knife is not supposed to replace the Arc Rifle as the main weapon.
It exists to solve the situations where ranged combat becomes unsafe.
Perks
I use:
- +25% Damage vs Flak Armoured
- +25% Damage vs Unyielding
Flak gives useful damage against many common armoured threats.
Unyielding improves the knife against enemies where switching to melee may actually be necessary, especially bosses and large targets.
This is a more offensive setup than taking Stamina.
If you want additional safety, one of these perks can be replaced with:
+2 Stamina
but for this version I prefer keeping Flak + Unyielding.
Blessings
- Riposte IV
- Lacerate IV
Riposte fits the defensive role of the weapon extremely well.
You usually draw the knife because enemies have reached you. Successful dodges then give you additional offensive value instead of simply keeping you alive.
Lacerate gives reliable Bleed application without requiring perfect weakspot execution during a chaotic H40 melee situation.
Blade alternatives
Lacerate → Uncanny Strike
Use this if you want the knife to contribute more against heavily armoured enemies.
Better for:
- Crushers,
- armour-heavy teams,
- players who actively use the knife offensively.
Lacerate is the safer and more universal option.
Uncanny Strike has a higher ceiling if you are comfortable consistently landing weakspot attacks.
Flak → +2 Stamina
Use this if Havoc survival is a bigger problem than melee damage.
This improves:
- blocking,
- pushing,
- emergency melee control,
- clutch potential.
I keep Flak + Unyielding because this build already has several defensive layers in the talent tree and the knife is still expected to kill when it comes out.
