Work in progress build but I mainly use it to target Elites, insta-kill them thanks to Brain Burst + Perilous Combustion creates a shockwave of Soul blaze outwards.  I'm not an expert at making builds but I enjoy this particular build and feel like it helps shred through Damnation and above.  The new Huntsman Shotgun helps 1-tap most of every elite in the game at that level and it's just satisfying to use it.   I also really enjoy building up Peril with shotgun hits then using Venting Shriek to spread Soulblaze to every enemy around me.  I don't know how it works in high Havoc missions, haven't tested it there yet.  Just a fun little build I thought I'd share.
