Role

Elite & specialist hunter Veteran built around the Vraks Mk V Infantry Autogun. Tag it, melt it, keep the team topped up.

How it works

• Focus Target! + Focused Fire: up to 6 stacks = +30% damage taken by the enemy you tag, for the whole team. When it dies, Redirect Fire! gives everyone +15% damage for 10s and Target Down! refunds toughness and stamina.
• Executioner's Stance: +25% ranged and weakspot damage, removes most of the Mk V's heavy recoil and highlights elites and specialists. With The Bigger they Are ... it also outlines Ogryns, Captains and Monstrosities and lasts 9s. Killing a highlighted enemy refreshes it.
• Tactical Awareness: every specialist kill speeds up the Stance cooldown, so on special-heavy maps it is up almost constantly.
• Krak Grenade with Demolition Stockpile and Grenade Tinkerer handles Crusher and Bulwark, since the Vraks struggles against Carapace.

Rotation

1. Ping the elite/specialist with full Focus Target stacks.
2. Pop the Stance and go for headshots.
3. Target down: Redirect Fire buffs the team, move on to the next one.
4. Use Krak and the Catachan Mk VII "Devil's Claw" Sword for armour.

Weapon notes

Dumdum and Fire Frenzy reward close/mid range: stay within ~12m, fire in bursts and build stacks on horde kills before turning on the elite. The Unyielding and Maniac perks pair with Bring it Down! against Ogryns.

Survivability

Exhilarating Takedown, Confirmed Kill, Iron Will, Close Order Drill and Catch a Breath: since you are always killing elites, toughness keeps coming back. Curios carry damage resistance vs Gunners and Snipers so you can win ranged trades.

Flex picks

• Withering Fire can become Covering Fire (more team support) or Opening Salvo (more crit).
• Survivalist can become Fire Team (+7.5% team damage) if ammo is not an issue.
• Punishing Salvo instead of Fire Frenzy fits mid-range headshots better.
