Description
My go to havoc 40 build. I prefer the T-axe to shivs mostly due to getting a surprisingly good amount of stagger with them. Its fairly safe, can be safer if you find something to drop for toxic renewal(tertium welcome or pickpocket). You can have and should have absurd amounts of boss damage vs monstrosities, its equally good for clearing twins, pop the shields and unload with needle pistol, you can pile on enough damage to kill one if your rampage is up that you'll kill a twin before the shield restarts. Use the stim when you're not in rampage, it gives you 15 seconds of a lil extra, and most importantly, speeds up regen of rampage. You can very much change the stim to how The key is jittery, this is the lifeblood, it is an intense build with dodging, dodge like a mofo, its the way you get havoc forged.
