Put no points into your Cartel Stimm and you can pick up normal stimms.
When you have a med stimm, drop your stimm supply and it will med stimm you and anyone who enters its radius (consuming the stimm).
It is wholesome.
Sample Collector and Chemical Dependency don't work with the build if you do end up switching things around.
