My Ogryn anti-horde build, the power maul deals nice dammages to single target too like boss and his heavy attacks hits a lot of ennemies in front of it. The special attacks is nice vs all elites even vs carapace ennemies. The grenadiers gauntlet lets you manage poxhounds, mutants, normal gunners and others threats you cant get at melee easily.
