I hope you got the joke when I said “Shock” Trooper, or this isn't for you.

 

Staff first, because it is the focus of this build. Other than flanks, you are playing Zeus and you are a god, other than the God Emperor! Crit can proc off any of the chained enemies in your electric field of doom from charged, so we are relying more on this than raw damage from warp charges and instead spaming through peril and blessings. As well, very few enemies will ignore being your personal lightning rod, this is an amazing cc for you and your team.

 

Standard Force Sword defense build; powerful blessing to block projectiles, and still reliable for killing.

 

Lots of peril generation, and a good staff to quell it, so Quietitude. Psy Shield and Wrath as we are growing in peril a lot. Flayer just gives us that much of a killing edge, as we are always hitting crowds or big targets that need a burst. Now, Psykinetic's Aura and Quicken. A little off the beaten path, but viable, as we want way more reliability from our special to clear peril should we need it. This is where the flank I mentioned earlier will matter, as you want to stay in range to both hordes and allies for coherency, leaving you vulnerable to sneaky scabs. Once that little guy distracts you, your team loses all the value you brought forth until your flank is safe. So be cautious.

Tools Of War Update: Force Sword has changed, this one delivers nasty weak spot damage, even unpowered. more than 5 enemies? Staff.
