This build relies heavily on horde control via the Toughness regen and extra cleave from Eviscerator blessings. Using a combination of push attack, H1, and L2/3, you should have no problem cleaving through hordes and maintaining your toughness via procs of Momentum, Savage Sweep, and procs of Faith Restored from critical strikes.

The Boltgun is primarily available for its capacity to delete heavily armored enemies. Should you find yourself face to face with a Crusher or Bulwark, you should be able to simply dodge back while swapping to your ranged weapon, then mag dump into them.

Talent selection is flexible. Taking Bloodletting allows for more crits to proc Faith Restored, but you can also take Punishment to increase your ability to control hordes.

For curios, I generally prefer to stack as much health as possible. Toughness should generally be at or near 100% in most scenarios with the excellent toughness Damage Reduction from Faith Restored as well as Momentum, but feel free to swap one or two Health curios out for Toughness ones if you feel you perform better in that.
