Ogryn Translation:Big gun good for shootin' lots of small snivelers and bad un's with guns, club's good for bad Ogryns, just rememba' to keep turnin' on your zappy field and smackin' em' heavy! Always stay near your pals, and if the snivelers hurt you lots, it becomes harder to kill ya'!
Human Translation:You have a massive gun that sends lead down-range as quickly as an LMG, your primary role will be to dispatch hordes, and mow down, or at the very least suppress shooters. You can rend things like ragers and other specials with relative ease. I personally recommend rolling one with a high ammo capacity as you most assuredly will be eating through a lot of it if you happen to find yourself in a particularly large horde. If you do find yourself in these hoards, keep holding down dat fukken trigger, the ammo you'll save from the sheer amount of damage you output with Blaze Away is well worth it. Overwhelming Fire is key if something's particularly adamant about eating your bullets, pair that as well with Blaze Away, and you'll be firing what's essentially bolt shells.
Your gun lacks carapace armor damage because it will absolutely eat gunners/shotgunners and other such enemies even without it, even at 55-60% damage roll. Your main focus should be ragers and flamers to give your team a space space to operate in.
Your club's your bread and butter for armor penetration, Thunderstrike and Skullcrusher pair well together once you turn your power field on, just keep spamming, and stuff like Maulers will just kind of die, also fairly decent for close-range Crowd Control if you happen to have choked your gun of all its ammo.
Curios aren't especially important, but it's always an Ogryn's job to tank and revive allies, so they're built around that.Talents were chosen for reasons stated above, tanking. Heavyweight will pair extremely well with your club, effectively making you a Crusher-killing machine.
DIFFICULTIESSedition: You will shred just about everything in sight.Uprising: As above, but with obviously a SMIDGEN less effectiveness.Malice: Ideal, as the amount of hoards you'll encounter is worth the clearing potential, everything's juuust the right amount of tanky for you to be effective.
