Just a fun build.  Not to be taken too seriously for Damnation level gameplay, this build is more of a run & gun type that I use on Malice & Heresy.  The Accatran Mk VId Recon Lasgun has a high sprint speed value & has access to the blessing Stripped Down unlike most other guns which is why I've leant into building for movement speed.  I've also leant into Reload Speed, because this gun chews through ammo due to it's faster firing-rate and it helps me personally because I'm a serial reloader.  In terms of blessings, the Headhunter blessing is your priority blessing and will make the gun feel far better to use & the perk Damage (Maniacs) will assist with the guns sub-par damage against Maniacs.  Your dump-stat should be Collateral as the gun has almost no stagger anyway.

If you wanted to use this gun more seriously for Damnation, then I recommend swapping the perk Reload Speed for Damage (Flak Armoured Enemies) and swapping the blessing Stripped Down for blessing Infernus which will help boost damage.  Personally I would also take the lvl 25 talent Deadshot  -  which I normally wouldn't for guns with a faster firing-rate, but you really want to stack crit chance with this gun (5% crit chance on perks isn't worth it against + Damage type, but if you roll it, you can keep it).  Also you should take the lvl 30 talent Counterfire  -  which again will boost the damage.  In terms of the lvl 15 talent Sniper -  this gun already has reverse damage fall-off (meaning you hit harder when you're further away) so you essentially already have a inbuilt Sniper talent on your gun so it won't help you much.
