This was made by someone who hasn't played the game in 9 months, and was only made to keep a written trace of what I'm planning to go for. I don't know how good those specific talents / blessings / etc. actually are in practice. If someone somehow ends up finding this build - take it with a grain of salt.
Note: The “Wrack and Ruin” talent has been buffed and now applies Soulblaze to the brain-bursted enemy and everyone around them on brain-burst hit, and not only on kill, but this change isn't reflected in the build editor as of writing this.
