Fury of the Faithful guarantees at least 1 critical hit on use.
Overall, Blazing Piety has an extremely high uptime and is very easy to maintain, so this will be giving you a minimum 30% Crit Chance(CtC) throughout most encounters, additionally, Shred is very easy to maintain as long as you're hitting stuff. This means you have a pretty much 50% Crit Chance at any given time, throw in some bleeding enemies because of a Frag thrown by your Vet, or hitting an elite multiple times proccing scourge and you're getting critical hits.
Now, critical hits are great, but they can't carry you through every encounter by themselves, this is where the ability spam comes in. Now I use Fury of the Faithful, but Shroudfield would probably work equally well for this build as both give toughness and damage, and in a way they both give movement to close distances to those gunners, shroudfield with the invis and fury with the dash. You're getting so many critical hits with this build espeically on hordes, that not only are you absolutely cleaving your way through in terms of damage, but you're also turning 30s ability cooldowns into usually 5-10 second cooldowns. This level of ability spam is giving you a fairly high uptime on damage buffs, toughness regen and movement bonuses.
Overall this is a very aggressive build, if you are able to continually hit things and get stuck in, then the gameplay is fairly mindless just keep swanging.
Revolver is a great quickswap for trappers, bombers and snipers, but that's all you'll need it for really.
