"UNLIMETED POWER"
      -Some old evil wizard

This build is revolves around the synergy of Smite and Empowering Psionics to allow for an infinite stun-lock. With the Charged Up ability, you could carry up to 3 charges of Psionics to punish hordes and keep Muties and Hounds in their place. The rest of the build focuses on building Psionics via Elite kills and shielding allies.

Your primary weapon is a solidly good Revolver, more damage the better. Your goal should be landing headshots on Elites and finishing off and stragglers. You will still have a 7.5% chance on regular kills, but with only 5 shots, you really need to make them count. If you suck on getting those Elite kills and headshots, flip from using Overpowering Souls to Bio-Loadstone with a gun that works best for you. I suggest not using Force Swords and Staffs as you are tying to avoid Peril generation; but I'm not your Beloved, you do you.

Once you get a stack of Psionics ready, let the force unleash upon Grandfather Nurgle's hordes. You will be able to hold the Smite indefinitely, even if you are not hitting anything. The only reasons you'd need to let go is to drop a shield or catchup with allies. While you won't be killing everything, you will be able to lock down every enemy with exception the bosses. This works great for point holds, assassination's, or any time you just have tight quarters.
