First of all, a chainsword might be better than a devil's claw for this build but I had a good roll and its wide sweeps make it good for handling hordes. There might be better devil's claw patterns too but again I just enjoy this one. Overall because this isn't a melee oriented build and magdumping poxwalkers is stupid I'd opt for whatever you're comfortable with.

The basic gist of this build is stacking 3 things: damage multipliers for good damage, rending to handle armor, and finally critical chance to get use out of Shock Trooper.

Personally I only really use my grenades against crusher/bulwark pain trains of 5+ at a time. You can delete individual crushers fairly easily with this build but large numbers can present a problem. If you find yourself not getting a ton of value out of Krak Grenade or you want help with horde clear consider swapping for Shredder Frag Grenade instead. Doing this also frees you up to drop Demolition Team and Close Order Drill.

Reasons you might want to free up those talent points:

If you're finding yourself running out of ammo a lot pick up the +5% Toughness Damage Reduction and +5% Critical Chance Boost nodes underneath the auras. The bonus crit chance doesn't add to your dps much but it's free ammo and the higher your crit chance is the more effective each point is for ammo refunds. Swapping to an increased range crit chance perk on your gun also helps with this.

If you find yourself needing more damage picking up Precision Strikes for bonus weakspot damage can be good too as the Accatran Mk6d is a fairly stable gun and can score lots of headshots.

And if you're finding yourself getting 1 shot in higher difficulties by things like  snipers (git gud) Iron Will can help protect you.
