Description

build 

is primarily focused on dealing consistently high damage in melee while being tanky enough to survive.

low life 

is beneficial by giving us damage, damage reduction and attack speed per missing wound, this is why we run wound curios. to make being low life safer we rely on toughness regen, dr, bleed for the emperor and a strong combination of defensive talents. that combo is...

 

until death 

makes you a zombie for 5 seconds when you hit 0 health. holy revenant allows you to heal for a portion of the damage you deal during until death when it ends (up to 25% max HP). restoring faith heals for 25% of damage taken, even damage taken during until death. this allows you to heal a considerable amount when you would otherwise be knocked down once every two minutes.

IX heavy

has good horde clear attack patterns with solid damage and cleave. either spam light or use light -> spam heavy for hordes. first heavy attack is easy to land on heads and heavy into special is a good single target damage combo. struggles with armor.

fury of the faithful

restores half your max toughness and gives attack speed. also increases the damage of you next melee and guarantees it will crit. 

stunstorm grenade

is useful in mixed hordes to give your team time to dispatch priority targets. stun nade is also great for giving you time to save downed allies.

revolver 

is great at sniping ranged specials and killing armor with rending. ok boss damage but ammo inefficient if used that way.

your job

is to stay in the front of the group and kill as many things as possible with your sword. use fury of the faithful to close the distance to ranged targets and restore your toughness. use revolver to snipe distant threats and rend armor. the "guaranteed crit" from fury of the faithful can be utilized by ranged weapons for a short duration after charging- this is useful if you dont have time to aim your revolver  to stack surgical. stun grenade when mixed hordes spawn. for boss damage use heavy sword combo heavy -> special.
