This picks up as much toughness as it can while still dealing a lot of damage.

 

It only picks up Destiny for the added toughness you can get with it, but it is not essential for this build. Damage is always good, but you don't need to go chase marked mobs. Kinetic Flayer is decent for this. You could also run Smite, however you are then making a choice between speedy kill stuff quick Psyker vs CC, and while Smite CAN be helpful, it doesn't play nice with the flow of this build. You are going to be running fast and quick and taking stuff down before it can do anything to you or the party. Killing stuff quickly and efficiently increases the uptime of Scryer's Gaze, which again doesn't synergise well with smite.

 

You could also take Assail instead of Brain Rupture. But I want my peril low outside of Scryer's Gaze, so I have leeway to keep Gaze up as long as I can once I am in it.

 

With this build you are so fast and slidy, that unless you decide to face tank a gunner, you will find you do not take a lot of damage (scoreboard at the end of the video shows I am the one with the lowest damage taken).
