Pros:

1. Excellent crowd control, Shines during Specialist waves in MAELSTROM
2. Good mobility and a blaster with high rate of fire, which efficiently eliminates shooters while conserving ammunition  for the team
3. The rapier excels at delivering high single-target DPS in melee, making it highly effective against mutants, especially when landing headshots
4. You are a super cool gunslinger who shoots lightning from his hands and wields a blaster
    

Cons:

1. Low DPS against bosses. which can prevent clutching certain situations due to the build
2. You are dependent on your team to deal damage
3. Requires a good awareness of the situation, When casting your lightning chain, you are vulnerable. Be wary of backstabs.

Playstyle :
 

Use your blaster to eliminate shooters. If you find yourself in close combat, use your lightning abilities. Your role is to prevent specialists from breaking through your defensive line. Use your lightning abilities to prevent any overrun, allowing your team to secure the area. Your priority is not to kill but to block and prevent the enemy from advancing.

By killing an elite with your blaster, you gain 1 stack of Empowered Psionics, which allows for good synergy with your weapon to increase the damage of the lightning chain.
