Patch 14 is out and has rebalanced a lot of weapons and talents. This build is still perfectly viable for those who like the recon lasgun though it doesn't feel quite as nice; it takes a bit longer to kill things so your ammo efficiency will be lower. I would recommend dropping Exploit Weakness, Close Order Drill, and Iron Will to pick up Reciprocity and Onslaught. Not quite as tanky, not quite as ammo efficient, but still a solid build.
