Overview

Chorus of Spiritual Fortitude is a very fun and powerful ability that provides the team with massive toughness regen, and creates a ton of space with its large area of stagger. This allows for clutch in hectic situations and grants general survivability to the entire team.

With these strengths in mind, this build tries to do 1 thing, spam your heal ability as often as possible. We do this by stacking our crit chance as high as possible and getting cooldown reduction with the node Invocation of Death. Keeping with the theme of team support, we also take Beacon of Purity, Stunstorm grenades, and Shield of Contempt. All in the name of keeping our team alive. This build is pure support, and as such, will not get the highest damage numbers, but you can still hold your own with the knife and bleed damage.

Melee Weapon

The combat knife with bleed blessings allows us to get even more crit chance with the node Scourge on the right side of the tree. This allows us to proc Invocation of Death as much as possible. Flesh Tearer and Lacerate both help build bleed stacks on the enemy for damage, as well as activating our node Scourge for more crits. You could drop one bleed blessing for Smackdown for more crits, or Uncanny Strikes if your team needs more armor damage. I chose block efficiency as the other perk for more survivability, but this is player preference.

If you don't need the mobility that the combat knife provides, you can also take a high crit weapon with cleave, such as the eviscerator. The cooldown reduction of Invocation of Death procs on each enemy hit with a crit, so the more cleave you have, the more cooldown you can get in a single attack. This can allow for extremely fast cooldown of your ability. The trade-off being much lower mobility throughout the map. Blessings of choice would most likely be Shred and Wrath

Ranged Weapon

Ranged weapon is your choice, though the Revolver in patch #14 is unmatched in it's speed and ability to kill specials in hectic, high pressure situations. This version takes both crit blessings and drops Handcannon as Crushers and other armor threats are not really your job to take care of. You could also try Speed Reload to help mitigate the slow reload on the weapon, but currently this only triggers on close, ranged weapon kills, so it will not proc often.

Variations

Other nodes of note on the tree that you may think about taking include Sainted Gunslinger for more reload speed to make-up for the slow reload of the revolver, Ecclesiarch's Call for damage for the team rather than more survivability. Pious Cut Throat and Martyr's Purpose can also give even more cooldown reduction to spam your ability even more, if you can take advantage of them.
